At Ohr we are committed to executing our work safely. It is paramount to our business that we ensure everyone on our team works to the highest safety standards. To help maintain this standard Ohr and all of its employees adhere to OSHA requirements as well as NFPA 70E and the National Electric Code.

Safety training for our employees is a nonstop process, beginning on day one of employment and continuing this process through regular training classes, on-the-job instruction, and weekly job site safety talks/inspections.

About US

Laura Doss and Courtney Guger are sisters and owners of OHR. They pride themselves at being a women owned business in a male dominated field. They have loved the challenge of starting this business, hiring employees that demonstrate their core values, and building a reputation that will outlast their time at OHR.

As well as owning and running OHR they are both wives and mothers whose goals are to create a workplace that treats its employees like family. Nothing makes them happier than helping the communities that they serve in an efficient, cost effective manner.
